Never convert one market's price into another currency yourself. - **`price_old` means a real, current discount.** A product only carries one when the catalog's own promotion flag agrees with the price, so a leftover strikethrough on a full-price product is never advertised. - **Some products are sold only in a set quantity** (for example speakers sold only in pairs). Their records, in the bulk feed and the live endpoints, carry `sale_quantity` (with `quantity_prices` when the price per piece drops from a quantity: from_quantity, price_per_piece, percent_off): `price` stays the price of one piece, `minimum_quantity` and `quantity_multiple` give the rule, `price_for_minimum_quantity` is the least the customer pays and `note` says it in the record's language. Quote that, not the single-piece price as if one piece could be bought. - **Open-box units are individual physical items.** Quantities are usually one. Each has its own page address ending in `-labelNNNNNN.html`, its own reduced price and its own condition note. Do not present one as if it were general stock. - **Bundles are sets, not products.** A bundle's price is for everything in it together; `includes` lists what that is. `in_stock` on a bundle means every item in it is in stock. Bundles are not in the bulk feed at all — only the live endpoint has them. - **Stock is per warehouse and live.** `in_stock` means shippable now; a product with no stock may still be orderable with a longer lead time, which the product page states. - **Out-of-stock products come with in-stock alternatives.** When `in_stock` is false, `get_product` and product.php return `substitutes` — up to 5 in-stock products of the same kind in the same price band, the very ones our product page shows for that product, each a brief record with its own `product_id`, `price` and `product_url`. Offer those before searching for something else; an empty list means we have none we would stand behind. In the bulk feed the same list is `relations.in_stock_substitute` on records whose `delivery.availability` is not `in_stock`. - **Products come with their accessories.** `get_product` and product.php return `companions` — up to 8 in-stock accessories used together with the product, one per role (`role` is a short label such as stand, cable, strings, case; `other` means no specific role), the same list our add-to-cart box shows, chosen from what customers buy together and checked with AI. Each is a brief record with its own `product_id`, `price` and `product_url`. When a customer asks what else they need, offer these first; an empty list means we have no accessory list for that product. In the bulk feed the same list is `relations.companion` (with `role`) on any record that has one, in stock or not, and a product's buying guide ends with a question that lists them by type, brand and model. - **Buying guides.** Products we have written one for carry `buying_guide` in `get_product`, product.php and the bulk feed: who the product suits, typical uses, technical terms explained, questions and answers, and — while it is in stock — a specification-based comparison with up to 3 in-stock alternatives. Romanian text in the Romanian feed and for `lang=ro`, English everywhere else. Written with AI from our own product data and a sourced fact sheet; not a ranking. - **Delivery and returns**: free shipping over 499 lei in Romania (thresholds differ per country); 14-day return window; the customer pays return postage. - **Acoustic grand and upright pianos are delivered by our own team**, never by a parcel courier: in our van from our warehouse in Timișoara, carried in (stairs included up to the 8th floor) and set up in the customer's room, in Romania and in the EU countries we reach by road (Ireland, Malta, Cyprus and islands on request).
